contact a physician. Our clients records are regarded as confidential. We will not divulge to any third party your information. We will not sell or share

Our products are guaranteed against breakage or defects in workmanship for one year. Because of the nature of custom orthotics, there is a break in

period required. We will make adjustments if necessary at no charge. Any special modifications that are made to the orthotic, at the clients request,

will be done with no guarantee from Custom Orthotics. There needs to be adequate time for the person to adjust before any refund can be offered.

There also needs to be the ability for adjustments to be made.
